Building the conditions for better care, stronger organizations, and healthier communities.
The challenges facing our communities rarely fit neatly within a single discipline. They demand leaders who can connect evidence with action, strategy with implementation, and vision with practical results. My work focuses on helping organizations strengthen the conditions that allow people and communities to flourish—through executive leadership, governance, systems thinking, and meaningful collaboration.

Stewardship
Helping organizations take responsibility for the conditions they create and the impact those conditions have on people and communities.

Leadership
Creating environments where people can do their best work, navigate complexity, and grow together.

Systems Thinking
Understanding how structures, culture, relationships, and incentives shape outcomes—and strengthening the conditions that produce lasting impact.

Governance
Bringing strategic thinking, accountability, and long-term perspective to organizations working to improve people’s lives.

Perspective
I am an executive leader specializing in addiction, mental health, and systems transformation. Over the past two decades, I have worked across clinical practice, executive leadership, governance, program development, and organizational strategy in Canada, Australia, and South Africa.
My career has been shaped by a simple observation: people do not exist apart from the systems around them. The environments we create—our organizations, communities, policies, and cultures—profoundly influence what becomes possible for individuals and teams.
Today, I help organizations navigate complexity by combining executive leadership, systems thinking, governance, and evidence-informed implementation. My work focuses on strengthening the conditions that allow people, organizations, and communities to thrive.
Whether leading organizational change, contributing to board governance, redesigning services, or speaking on systems leadership, I bring both strategic perspective and practical experience gained from working where policy, leadership, and frontline care intersect.

Every system creates conditions.
What is yours making more likely?
